Just need ordinary fresh air, low chlorine water (Evian or Highland Spring) quality perfumes...
No chem cleaners just good old 3 x milled soap and water, clothes washing powder no conditioner...shampoos and conditioners with herby smells...
Basically old fashioned living!!
