Dropped the fruit jus and sugar...less fruit (punnet straws or grapes a day...munched pork pies as a snak etc etc) now not 22 sugar but between 7 and 9... ...7 with lots exercise...no processed foods ... no lime cordial instead fruit jus...learning...
